Our Preservation Program
We’ve designed your home. We’ve also designed a maintenance program to safeguard its beauty. Beyond that, it’s safeguarding something else, too: your peace of mind around one of your biggest investments…your home.
We believe in the enduring beauty of well-made things, crafted by people who love what they do. When your initial project ends, our commitment to it does not. Ours is an ongoing relationship with you and your home as we work to uphold the integrity of its interiors, maintaining the beauty and function of the pieces that define your space.
Among the services we provide for you to consider are:
- Touching-up of interior paint
- Refinishing and/or repair of furnishings
- Deep cleaning of upholstery and carpet
- Repair of upholstery or draperies
- Addressing lighting, procuring and changing all the different lightbulbs throughout the interiors.
- Coordinating all your subcontractors from interior to exterior

Stocking your primary residence and vacation home with all the necessities prior to your arrival and/or the arrival of your guests. When everyone leaves or the season is over, we will orchestrate your cleaning services.
