An empty nest was waiting to become newly feathered, and Liz was happy to answer the call. The client was one Liz and her team had worked with before, but the twist this time, for the historic Colonial, was that the three children the team had previously focused much of their design on, were living elsewhere. The focus now was on utilizing spaces to reflect the way the client lives today. It was repurposing at its most rewarding. Working with a local builder, Liz and team updated select bathrooms, using color, art and happy textiles, the team infused the home with new life, vitality, and a little edge (to keep things interesting.)  Some move when their children move, others sign a new lease for a condo or apartment, but here, Liz was happy to offer a wonderful home a new lease on life instead.
